Meet Our Kelso Early Learning Team
Hi, my name is Carollyn Youngman, and I am the Centre Manager here at Milestones Early Learning Kelso.
I have worked in early childhood education for over 16 years, including 8 years here at Milestones Kelso, and hold a Diploma in Children’s Services. I’m incredibly passionate about the quality of care and education we provide, and the role we play in supporting children during these important early years.
One of the things I’m most proud of is our long-standing team of educators, with some team members having been part of our centre for more than 10 years. This continuity creates a familiar, stable environment where children and families feel comfortable, supported and truly known.
Together, we deliver the Lifelong Learning Curriculum through a mix of play-based and intentional teaching, ensuring every child is supported to reach their full potential.
I always look forward to meeting new families and supporting them as they begin their childcare journey - it’s a privilege to be trusted with your child’s early learning.
