Entry-Level & Trainee Roles
Trainee Educator
Want to start a rewarding career in early childhood education, but don’t have experience? Our Trainee Educator program lets you get paid while studying towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care - all fully funded!

With full support from our Affinity Learning Academy, dedicated Development Coaches, and an encouraging team, you’ll gain hands-on experience while completing your qualification.
Early Childhood Educator
As an Educator, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do, creating safe, engaging learning environments where children thrive through play and structured activities.
Supported by expert training and mentoring, our Educators build strong, meaningful connections with children and families, shaping young minds in their most critical years. Whether you’re leading story time, outdoor play, or creative activities, you’ll play a key role in inspiring a lifelong love of learning.

Experienced Educators & Leadership Roles
Lead Educator
Lead Educators take on a mentorship role, guiding both children and fellow educators in delivering high-quality early learning programs. You’ll use your expertise to design engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences, ensuring each child receives the best possible start in life.
- Design and lead play-based learning programs
- Mentor Trainees and Educators, supporting their growth

Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll deliver Preschool and Kindergarten programs that prepare children for their transition to school. You’ll have access to career support, training, and collaboration opportunities, ensuring you stay at the forefront of early education best practices.
