About Our Centres

Each Milestones centre operates Monday to Friday, with hours varying by location. Most centres are open from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm to support working families.
Yes! We offer a range of session times to accommodate different family needs and Child Care Subsidy (CCS) allowances:
- 12-hour sessions
- 10-hour sessions
- 8-hour sessions
- Casual bookings (also known as occasional care)
These options allow families to choose the best fit for their schedule while maximising CCS benefits.
Most Milestones Early Learning centres provide nappies, wipes, and sunscreen for children under three years old. Please check with your centre for specific inclusions.
We understand that delays happen. Please call your centre as soon as possible if you’re running late. A late pick-up fee may apply after you allocated session time.

Daily Life & Routines
We recommend bringing:
- A water bottle
- A hat for outdoor play
- A spare change of clothes
- Comfort items (e.g., dummy, sleep toy) if needed

Most Milestones Early Learning centres provide nutritious, freshly prepared meals that cater to all dietary needs. However, some centres operate as lunch box centres, meaning families need to pack a lunch for their child. Please check with your centre to confirm meal arrangements.

Education & Development
We follow the Lifelong Learning Curriculum, which combines play-based learning with structured early education. It aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to prepare children for school.
We assess children’s learning through Progress Records, completed three times a year. Families are invited to parent-teacher interviews to discuss milestones, school readiness, and goals.
Yes! Our Preschool & Kindergarten program helps children develop confidence, independence, and foundational skills for school.
Health, Safety & Wellbeing
Your child’s safety is our top priority. Our centres have:

If your child is unwell, we ask that they stay home to prevent the spread of illness. If they become unwell during the day, we will contact you to arrange pick-up.
Yes, with a completed Medication Authorisation Form. Medication must be prescribed, in its original packaging, and clearly labeled.
