Getting Started
Enrolling is easy. You can book a tour at your local centre, or get in touch directly to check availability. Our friendly team will guide you through the process and help you complete your enrolment forms.
Some of our centres do have waitlists, especially for babies. We recommend joining early to secure your preferred days. Your Centre Manager can give you an idea of availability based on your child’s age and your needs.
We welcome children from 6 weeks to school age. Our age-specific programs include Babies (0-1 years), Toddlers (1-3 years), and Preschool/Kindergarten (3-5 years).

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
The CCS is a government payment that helps cover the cost of child care for eligible families. The amount you receive depends on your income, activity level, and the type of care you use.
Many Australian families are eligible. You can use this CCS estimator, visit the Services Australia website or talk to us - we’re happy to help guide you through it.
Yes. Once you enrol, we’ll help you confirm your enrolment in your Centrelink account.

Daily Life at Milestones
Each day includes a balance of play-based learning, outdoor exploration, nutritious meals, rest time, and lots of fun! Programs vary by age group - learn more about our curriculum.
Most Milestones centres provide nappies, wipes, sunscreen and all meals. You just need to bring a spare set of clothes, a hat, water bottle, and any comfort item your child might need.
Yes. For our youngest children, we follow each baby’s individual routine for sleep, bottles and feeds, and work closely with families to ensure consistency and comfort.
Yes. All children are offered time to rest and recharge after lunch. For preschoolers, this is a mix of relaxation and quiet activities depending on their needs.
Learning & Development
We follow the exclusive Lifelong Learning Curriculum, grounded in the latest early childhood research and tailored to each age group.
Our Preschool and Kindergarten Program includes STEM learning, literacy and numeracy, social-emotional skills, and transition support for primary school. We work in partnership with families to help every child thrive.
You’ll receive regular updates through our centre app, including photos, learning stories, and progress records. Our educators also love chatting with families during pick-up and drop-off.
Yes. We provide inclusive care and collaborate with families, support services, and specialists to ensure every child has what they need to grow and learn.
Meals & Nutrition
Yes, we provide all meals and snacks, prepared fresh each day by our centre cook.
Our Healthy Seasonal Menu is designed to support healthy growth and development. It includes a variety of fruits, veggies, wholegrains, and lean proteins.
We take allergies and food preferences seriously. Every child with a dietary requirement is clearly identified through placemats and Food ID cards to ensure safety at every meal.

Safety & Wellbeing
Your child’s safety is our top priority. We have secure entry systems, regular safety audits, emergency drills with Safety Bear, sun safety policies, and qualified educators who follow strict supervision guidelines.
If your child becomes unwell, we’ll contact you right away. We ask that children stay home if they’re unwell to prevent the spread of illness.
Yes, with written authorisation and clear instructions from a parent or doctor. All medication is stored securely and administered by trained staff.
Our centres follow strict cleaning routines throughout the day, including toy sanitisation, handwashing, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces. We also follow all health authority guidelines.
Communication & Support
We use a secure app to share daily photos, updates, sleep and meal information, and learning progress. Educators are also available for face-to-face chats.

No, our centres are closed on public holidays.
Yes, full fees apply for absences, but families can access up to 42 allowable absence days per financial year under CCS.
