At Milestones Early Learning Armidale, our team is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive environment where children and families feel truly connected. Together, our educators and leadership work closely with families to nurture each child’s growth, development, and sense of belonging.
Jacinta (right), our Centre Manager, brings 18 years of experience and holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. She finds great joy in supporting children from their very first days at the centre right through to becoming confident, independent learners ready for school. Being part of each stage of their journey, and sharing those special moments along the way, is what she loves most about her role.
Alongside Jacinta is Jessica (left), our Administrator and Educator, who is currently working towards her Certificate III. With a growing passion for early learning, Jessica loves seeing the excitement and curiosity children bring each day, especially as they learn new skills and build on their knowledge through play and everyday experiences.
Together, our team shares a strong commitment to building meaningful relationships with children and families. One of the things that makes our centre so special is our strong connection with the local community and our focus on working in partnership with families. We value family input and love creating a centre environment where everyone feels included, heard, and part of our community.
