Nestled on Orchard Street, our preschool offers quality early education and care for children aged 15 months to 5 years in a welcoming, homely environment. We’re open Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, providing flexible options to support busy families in the Baulkham Hills community.
At Milestones Preschool Baulkham Hills, we pride ourselves on creating a nurturing space where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn. Our passionate and culturally diverse team brings nearly 80 years of combined experience and qualifications well above the sector average. Led by a university-qualified teacher, our Centre Manager supports the team in delivering the exclusive Lifelong Learning Curriculum - designed to build confidence, spark curiosity, and prepare children for school and life.
Children enjoy bright, engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments, along with sustainability experiences such as our herb garden and recycling station. Healthy, nutritious meals are prepared onsite daily by our in-house chef.
We also offer a rich variety of extra-curricular experiences to support each child’s growth and development:
- Mini MasterChef sessions with our qualified hospitality expert, Chef Shazia, take place every Monday and Thursday.
- Language lessons on Tuesdays and Fridays expose children to words, numbers, and phrases from languages around the world - including Auslan.
- Gardening Club on Wednesdays lets children explore flora and learn about nature with hands-on experiences in our veggie patch.
With strong connections to local playgroups and schools, we help children make a confident transition - whether into our preschool program or onto primary school.

Meet Our Team
Hi, my name is Kristy Proude, I have worked in childcare for the past 24 years in various roles from Educator, Assistant Centre Manager and now Centre Manager. I hold an ECT degree in Early Education and care and have a passion for early education. I believe children are the future and deserve a strong foundation for lifelong success. I am driven to provide a nurturing environment that gives all children and families the opportunity to become curious, confident and compassionate individuals who will positively contribute to their community.
I am proud to be a part of this small, unique centre and believe it is the perfect choice for families. We provide a home-like environment where children can thrive at every stage of their development. We offer care for children from 15 months to 5 years, providing diverse learning experiences with age-appropriate spaces, delivering consistent, high quality care. I lead a passionate team of educators dedicated to meeting the individual needs of every child, creating a secure environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Babies (0-1 years)
Healthy Beginnings Program

Toddlers (1-3 years)
Early Experiences Program
