Open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, our long day care centre offers a safe, nurturing space where children feel supported, confident, and excited to learn.
Our passionate educators focus on building strong, genuine relationships with each child and family. Through play-based learning and consistent routines, children develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning at their own pace.
With thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor learning environments, including a large playground, children enjoy plenty of opportunities to explore, create, and connect. Guided by our Lifelong Learning Curriculum, children build strong foundations in early literacy, STEM, language, and social-emotional development.
We also maintain close connections with local schools including Woolgoolga Public School and Woolgoolga High School, supporting a smooth and confident transition to school through our government-approved preschool program.

My name is Bridget Jones, and I’m proud to be the Nominated Supervisor and Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning Woolgoolga. With an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education and 20 years of experience, I am passionate about helping children develop a love of learning while supporting them to grow into confident, capable individuals.
What I enjoy most about working in early childhood education is the opportunity to make a positive difference in children's lives every day. I love supporting children's learning and development through meaningful play experiences, while also sharing my knowledge and experience with our educators to help build a strong team committed to providing safe, engaging, and high-quality early education and care.
One of the things that makes Milestones Woolgoolga so special is the strong sense of community we have created with our children and families. We have worked hard to foster a genuine home-away-from-home environment, where children feel safe, secure, and valued from the moment they walk through our doors.
Our centre has strong connections with the local community, including nearby schools and emergency services, with children enjoying visits from organisations such as the local ambulance service. We are also proud of our beautiful mud kitchen, created by the local Men's Shed, which provides endless opportunities for imaginative and sensory play. In our nursery, children are introduced to Auslan as part of their daily routine, helping to create an inclusive learning environment and supporting communication from an early age.
