Milestones Early Learning Greenway provides high-quality early education and care for children aged 2–5 years in a welcoming, homely environment that feels like family. Conveniently located on Riddell Street in West Hoxton, our long day care centre is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm - offering trusted care and education for local families.
Our passionate team of educators takes pride in creating strong, supportive relationships with each child and family. Through our exclusive Lifelong Learning Curriculum, we offer engaging, play-based learning that builds confidence, supports school readiness, and reflects the strong educational values of our community. Our child-led program focuses on foundational learning and social development, ensuring children are well-prepared for their next big step.
At Milestones Greenway, children enjoy thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, including a large playground and a dedicated natural garden where they can tend to the veggie patch, host tea time, and connect with the community. Our centre is also home to Bunny the Rabbit - our much-loved pet who brings joy and gentle learning opportunities to each day.
We proudly welcome children of all backgrounds and abilities. Our inclusive practices include working closely with speech, occupational, and behavioural therapists, and we provide a supportive environment for children with vision impairments. Our team includes Arabic-speaking educators and we offer the ELLA Language Program to introduce children to Spanish.
Regular community incursions - such as visits from dentists, police, firefighters, and other local helpers - further enrich our program and deepen children’s understanding of the world around them.

At Milestones Greenway, our experienced leadership team is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.
Elise Hodson (left), our Centre Manager, holds a Diploma and a Graduate Diploma in early childhood education, with over 12 years of experience. Elise leads with warmth, professionalism, and a deep commitment to building a positive, inclusive centre culture. She is passionate about fostering strong relationships with families and ensuring every child receives high-quality care and education.
Dyala Shadid (right), our Assistant Centre Manager, is Diploma-qualified and also brings 12 years of early learning experience to the team. Dyala finds true joy in watching children grow and thrive, and is driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in each child’s day. She works closely with our educators to uphold the highest standards of safety and learning.
Together, Elise and Dyala lead our centre with heart and expertise - helping every child build a strong foundation for life.

Nurturing Growth from 0–5 Years
At Milestones, we offer more than just child care — we provide high-quality early education in a safe, nurturing environment for children aged six weeks to five years. Babies (0-1 years)
Healthy Beginnings Program

Toddlers (1-3 years)
Early Experiences Program
Inspired by the Abecedarian Approach, our toddler program emphasises language-rich interactions, such as conversational reading and learning games. These early experiences build the foundations for strong communication, social skills, and cognitive growth.
Preschool or Kindergarten (3-5 years)
School Readiness Program
