At Milestones Kellyville, we’re proud to be guided by two exceptional leaders - Centre Manager Emma Young and Assistant Centre Manager Kelly Ryan.
Emma brings over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Having worked across a variety of roles in the sector, she brings both depth of knowledge and a genuine passion for creating nurturing environments where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow. Emma is also dedicated to mentoring her team and fostering a strong, collaborative culture within the centre.
Kelly brings more than a decade of experience and also holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. As our Educational Leader, she plays a key role in shaping an engaging and inclusive curriculum that supports every child’s unique learning journey. Kelly is passionate about empowering educators to deliver meaningful programs that spark curiosity and creativity.
Together, Emma and Kelly lead a diverse and dedicated team who go above and beyond to create a warm, inclusive environment for children and families.
