Milestones Early Learning Mudgee provides high-quality child care and early education for children aged 0–5 years in a safe, welcoming and community-connected environment. Conveniently located at 13 Court Street and open Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, our long day care centre supports local families with flexible hours and a nurturing approach to learning and development.
Our caring, passionate educators are committed to helping every child feel secure, confident, and excited to learn. With thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor learning zones — including a large playground — children enjoy hands-on, play-based learning experiences that support their growth and wellbeing.
Guided by the Lifelong Learning Curriculum — Australia’s most advanced approach to early childhood education — our programs include enriching opportunities in STEM, language, literacy and social-emotional development. Our government-approved preschool program also helps children build the skills they need for a successful transition to school.

Meet Our Team
Hi I'm Glenyse Tracey, Centre Manager. I believe that early childhood education should be filled with joy and wonder and that as early childhood educators, it is our role to spark the curiosity that leads to lifelong learning by providing inspiring environments. By focusing on play based and child led learning children resource and drive their own learning leading to rich, meaningful experiences.
I also believe that relationships are the key to everything we do as educators. By building strong connections with children, families, the community and with our peers we support the best outcomes for children. When children feel safe and secure, they develop the confidence to test their skills, ask questions and build independence. The belief that children are more capable than we often give them credit for, underpins my philosophy.
I love incorporating my passion for nature, gardening, and sustainability into my role as an educator and I believe connection to nature is vital to both physical and mental wellbeing. I am looking forward to working with all stakeholders to “green up” our centre.
As Centre Manager, I aim to support and inspire our educators. To challenge them to strive for increased knowledge, and to build a culture of continuous improvement through reflective practice in all areas of our work.

Nurturing Growth from 0–5 Years

Babies (0-1 years)
Healthy Beginnings Program

Toddlers (1-3 years)
Early Experiences Program

Preschool or Kindergarten (3-5 years)
School Readiness Program
