Meet Our Team
Hi, my name is Elisapeta Lakai, and I’ve spent the past seven years growing within Milestones North Parramatta, starting as a student and now leading the team as a Centre Manager. I hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, and I am deeply passionate about early childhood education because I believe every child deserves a strong foundation for lifelong success. I'm driven by the opportunity to nurture curious, confident, and compassionate individuals who will positively contribute to their communities.
I’m proud of our centre and believe it’s an excellent choice for families. Our split-campus environment provides diverse learning experiences with age-appropriate spaces, ensuring children thrive at every stage of development. We also have three qualified Early Childhood Teachers working across both campuses, delivering consistent, high-quality care. With extended hours from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, we support working parents by accommodating their busy schedules. Having served the same community for seven years, we’ve built lasting relationships with local families, fostering a sense of trust and belonging. I lead a passionate team of educators dedicated to meeting the individual needs of every child, creating a secure environment where every child feels valued and supported.
