Hi, my name is Elisapeta Lakai, and I’ve spent the past seven years growing within Milestones North Parramatta, starting as a student and now leading the team as Centre Manager.
I hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and am deeply passionate about giving every child the best possible start in life. I believe in nurturing curious, confident, and compassionate individuals who feel supported to explore and grow.
What makes our centre unique is our split-campus environment, which allows us to provide tailored, age-appropriate learning spaces for children at every stage of development. Across both campuses, we have three qualified Early Childhood Teachers delivering consistent, high-quality education and care.
Over the years, we’ve built strong, lasting relationships with families in our community, creating a genuine sense of trust and belonging. I’m proud to lead a team of dedicated educators who are committed to supporting each child’s individual needs and creating a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
