Milestones Early Learning Oran Park is led by Centre Manager Sophie Cheatham, who brings over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Sophie is passionate about building meaningful relationships with children, families and educators. She loves watching children grow in confidence as they reach new milestones and take pride in their learning. Supporting and mentoring educators is also an important part of her role, helping the team create a nurturing and engaging environment for every child.
Our centre is proud to have a highly qualified, multicultural team of educators who bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and diverse perspectives to the learning environment. Together, the team focuses on building strong partnerships with families and creating a welcoming community where every child feels supported.
