Lauren Pedler is the Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning Pitt Town and brings nearly a decade of experience in early childhood education, celebrating her 10-year milestone in November 2025. Diploma qualified and deeply passionate about her work, Lauren is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for children and families in the Pitt Town community.
Lauren’s favourite part of working in this industry is being able to play such an important role in a child’s early learning journey. She finds joy in watching each child grow, develop confidence, and build a love for learning that will carry them through life.
