With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and a Diploma of Children’s Services, Fiona brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to her role at Milestones Rutherford. Her passion lies in advocating for infants and children in a rapidly changing world, ensuring that every child receives high-quality care that is child-led and collaborative with families. Fiona prioritises safety and secure relationships, creating an environment that is nurturing, consistent, and adaptable to each child’s developmental needs.
