With 13 years of experience in early childhood education, Alana is passionate about creating strong relationships with children to support and guide their endless learning journey. Currently covering the Centre Manager role during maternity leave, Alana is Diploma-qualified and working towards her Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification.
At Milestones Rutherford, Alana leads a dedicated team that takes pride in delivering high-quality learning and care. The centre is a place where children can thrive, grow, and explore through engaging experiences – all while having serious fun!
