My name is Kelsea Neilson, and I’m proud to be the Centre Director at Milestones Early Learning Toronto. With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and 8 years of experience in the sector, I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn.
What I love most about working in early childhood education is that no two days are ever the same. Every day brings new opportunities to support children's development, celebrate their achievements, and make a positive difference in their lives. It is incredibly rewarding to watch children grow in confidence, build friendships, and develop the skills they need to thrive.
