Milestones Early Learning Lake Albert offers quality early education and child care for children aged 0–5 years in a nurturing, community-focused environment. Conveniently located within the Lake Village Shopping Centre at 39 Gregory Crescent, and open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, our long day care centre supports local families with flexible hours and a strong focus on play-based learning.
Our caring and experienced educators are passionate about building genuine relationships with children and families, creating a space where little ones feel safe, supported, and eager to explore. With beautifully designed indoor and outdoor learning zones — including a large playground — children enjoy hands-on experiences that inspire confidence, creativity, and friendship.

At Milestones Early Learning Lake Albert, we are proud to have Melanie Swan leading our team as Senior Centre Manager. With 20 years of experience in early childhood education across multiple services, Mel is a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher and an experienced leader who brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our centre.
Mel is deeply committed to supporting educators in creating enriching learning environments where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to explore. She believes in the power of early education to shape bright futures and works closely with her team to make a positive and lasting impact on children and their families.
With a strong focus on collaboration and community, Mel ensures that every child at Milestones Lake Albert receives the highest quality education and care. Whether guiding our educators, working alongside families, or fostering meaningful connections, her leadership helps create a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment for all.
