Milestones Early Learning Warners Bay offers nurturing child care and early education for children aged 0–5 years in a safe, vibrant and supportive environment. Conveniently located at 270 Hillsborough Road and open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm, our long day care centre is a place where families feel welcome and children are encouraged to thrive.
Our dedicated team of educators love what they do and are passionate about supporting every child’s growth and development. With thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor learning spaces — including a large, engaging playground — children are given every opportunity to explore, make friends, and build confidence through play.

Meet Our Team
Hi, my name is Leeann Bartley, and I am the Centre Manager here at Milestones Warners Bay. I have worked within the industry for over 18 years and hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
I am passionate about early childhood education because it allows me to support children's learning during their first five years — a critical stage for lifelong learning. I believe that each child is an individual, and as an educator, I am committed to valuing and nurturing each child's unique strengths, interests, skills, abilities, and knowledge to further their development.
At Milestones Warners Bay, my team and I are dedicated to providing enriched learning environments and experiences that support children's growth and development. We advocate for children's capabilities and agency in learning, offering a flexible indoor-outdoor environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Our beautiful outdoor space promotes authentic sustainable practices, and we take pride in providing children with morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, as well as wipes and nappies. This makes our centre an excellent choice for parents seeking comprehensive care for their children.

Nurturing Growth from 0–5 Years

Babies (0-1 years)
Healthy Beginnings Program

Toddlers (1-3 years)
Early Experiences Program
Inspired by the Abecedarian Approach, our toddler program emphasises language-rich interactions, such as conversational reading and learning games. These early experiences build the foundations for strong communication, social skills, and cognitive growth.
Preschool or Kindergarten (3-5 years)
School Readiness Program
