Meet Our Early Learning Team in Darwin
Chelsea East leads our team at Milestones Early Learning Darwin City with more than 12 years of experience in early childhood education.
Chelsea began her career as a trainee in 2013 and has since progressed through every stage of the profession. She now holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (Birth to 5 Years) and is currently studying a Master’s in Leading Education, alongside a Graduate Certificate in Assessment and Training.
Chelsea is deeply passionate about the impact of the early years. She believes the first five years of a child’s life play a vital role in shaping their confidence, development and love for learning. Her goal is to create a nurturing, play-based environment where children feel safe, supported and inspired every day.
Under Chelsea’s leadership, our centre is home to a team of highly qualified and dedicated educators, several of whom hold or are studying degrees in early childhood teaching. Milestones Darwin City is also proud to support the development of future educators, with university students regularly completing placements alongside our experienced team.
