Paula Leisiriki Mangawai leads our team at Milestones Early Learning Leanyer with a deep passion for nurturing young minds and inspiring a lifelong love of learning.
With over seven years of experience in early childhood education, Paula brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge and leadership expertise to her role. She holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, and a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry and Biology).
Paula believes the excitement of learning begins in the earliest years and loves being part of those moments when children discover something new about the world around them. Her enthusiasm is reflected in the way she supports both children and educators to grow, explore and achieve their best every day.
At Milestones Leanyer, Paula is especially proud of the centre’s vibrant multicultural community, where educators and families from diverse backgrounds come together to create a warm, inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
