Tammy Nai-Smith brings over 23 years of experience working with children in the Northern Territory and is deeply passionate about supporting her community. She believes that every child deserves the best possible start in life and is committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment where children can thrive.
Recently joining the Affinity Education family, Tammy is proud to lead Milestones Early Learning Parap alongside a team of dedicated and inspiring educators. She values strong relationships with families and is committed to ensuring that every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to explore their potential. Tammy looks forward to working closely with the community to foster a love of learning and set children on a path to lifelong success.
