Meet Our Team
At Milestones Early Learning Augustine Heights, we’re proud to have a passionate and experienced leadership team across our two centres, led by Centre Manager Kylie Woolard at Centre 2 and Senior Centre Manager Marnie Zaklan at Centre 1.
Kylie brings over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and is currently studying Leadership and Management. Her journey from educator to Centre Manager has been shaped by a deep love for building strong, meaningful relationships with families and creating a nurturing environment where both children and educators can thrive. Kylie is especially proud of the strong community spirit at Centre 2, where educators speak multiple languages, and local service visits help children connect with the world around them. She’s also passionate about outdoor learning and is enhancing the centre’s garden spaces to promote sustainability and exploration.
Marnie leads Centre 1 with 12 years of experience and a heartfelt commitment to early learning. She believes that the early years lay the foundation for lifelong development and is dedicated to creating a space where children feel safe, supported, and confident. Marnie focuses on building secure, trusting relationships with families and children alike, ensuring every child feels valued and ready to learn.
Together, Kylie and Marnie lead two vibrant, connected centres where community, curiosity, and care come together to support every child’s learning journey.
