At Milestones Augustine Heights, we’re proud to offer two vibrant centres providing safe, nurturing, and inspiring early learning environments for children aged 0–5 years. Conveniently located near Springfield Central, Redbank Plains, and Brookwater, our centres are trusted by local families looking for high-quality child care and early education.
Each day is filled with fun, discovery, and meaningful learning - whether it’s exploring our recently updated outdoor playgrounds, building in the sandpit, tending to our veggie gardens and worm farms, or spending time with our friendly centre pet, Franklin the Turtle. Children also enjoy regular incursions like library visits and water safety sessions, helping them connect with the world around them.
Led by a passionate, experienced, and multicultural team - many of whom speak multiple languages - we create a warm, inclusive space where every child feels valued and supported. Our play-based Lifelong Learning Curriculum includes enriching experiences in early literacy, STEM, and a government-approved kindergarten program that prepares children for a confident start to school.

Meet Our Team
At Milestones Early Learning Augustine Heights, we’re proud to have a passionate and experienced leadership team across our two centres, led by Centre Manager Kylie Woolard at Centre 2 and Senior Centre Manager Marnie Zaklan at Centre 1.
Kylie brings over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and is currently studying Leadership and Management. Her journey from educator to Centre Manager has been shaped by a deep love for building strong, meaningful relationships with families and creating a nurturing environment where both children and educators can thrive. Kylie is especially proud of the strong community spirit at Centre 2, where educators speak multiple languages, and local service visits help children connect with the world around them. She’s also passionate about outdoor learning and is enhancing the centre’s garden spaces to promote sustainability and exploration.
Marnie leads Centre 1 with 12 years of experience and a heartfelt commitment to early learning. She believes that the early years lay the foundation for lifelong development and is dedicated to creating a space where children feel safe, supported, and confident. Marnie focuses on building secure, trusting relationships with families and children alike, ensuring every child feels valued and ready to learn.
Together, Kylie and Marnie lead two vibrant, connected centres where community, curiosity, and care come together to support every child’s learning journey.

Nurturing Growth from 0–5 Years
At Milestones, we offer more than just child care — we provide high-quality early education in a safe, nurturing environment for children aged six weeks to five years. Our experienced educators deliver age-specific programs designed to support each stage of development, helping children grow in confidence, curiosity, and capability every step of the way.
Babies (0-1 years)
Healthy Beginnings Program
Grounded in attachment theory and the relationship practices, this program focuses on building secure, responsive relationships between babies and their educators. With nurturing care and emotional attunement, we support babies’ overall wellbeing and development.
Toddlers (1-3 years)
Early Experiences Program
Inspired by the Abecedarian Approach, our toddler program emphasises language-rich interactions, such as conversational reading and learning games. These early experiences build the foundations for strong communication, social skills, and cognitive growth.
Preschool or Kindergarten (3-5 years)
School Readiness Program
Through Project-Based Learning, children are encouraged to explore big ideas, solve problems, and collaborate with others. This hands-on, inquiry-driven approach develops critical thinking, independence, and a love of learning that lasts.
