Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Capalaba, quality early education and child care in Capalaba for children aged 0-5 years.
Here at Milestones Early Learning we offer a safe, nurturing and exciting environment for babies, toddlers and children to develop social connectivity, emotional confidence, foundational learning, and physical health and wellbeing.

Our Lifelong Learning Curriculum
Healthy Beginnings
Babies aged 0-1 years
Your baby will start their lifelong learning journey in a safe, nurturing environment. Educators will:
- Develop strong, positive bonds;
- Encourage confidence to explore new surroundings;
- Spark curiosity through sensory experiences; and
- Establish helpful routines that support health and wellbeing.
Early Experiences
Toddlers aged 1-3 years
Your toddler will enjoy an exciting environment in which to explore and experiment as their confidence and social skills emerge. Educators will:
- Introduce literacy and numeracy through learning games;
- Support self expression through language skills; and
- Develop social and friendship skills in group settings.
School Readiness
Children aged 3-5 years
Your child will be given the very best start before they begin Primary School where they will delve into enquiry based project work, and literacy and numeracy programs. Educators will:
- Guide self-awareness, self-help skills and socialisation;
- Investigate literacy, mathematics, science, technology and the arts;
- Stimulate creativity, deeper thinking and problem solving; and
- Prepare children for classroom environments through play-based preschool and kindergarten programs.
Meet out Centre Manager, Jennifer Thompson
Years in childcare: 21 years
Area of expertise: Being able to work in partnership with all families for the care and education of their children in a safe and secure environment.
What makes you passionate about working in childcare? I feel that every day is a different day and the children’s sense of wonder and curiosity inspires me to not only extend on and further enhance their learning but to continually extend on my own knowledge.
Why do you believe your centre is an excellent choice for families? At our centre, each child is accepted, respected and cherished as a person in his/her own right and nurtured in an environment where both the educators and the curriculum are responsive to fostering the development of the whole child. Our programming is dynamic and flexible according to the changing needs of the children, families, staff and community to ensure we provide the best possible learning opportunities.
