At Milestones Forest Lake, we’re passionate about supporting children aged 2–5 years to grow, explore, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. Located on Joseph Banks Avenue, our centre is a welcoming space where every child is encouraged to discover their potential through play, connection, and learning.

Each day is filled with hands-on experiences, whether it’s engaging in early literacy and STEM activities, making new friends, or exploring our spacious indoor and outdoor learning zones.

Meet Our Team
Meet Sadiksha Shrestha, Our Acting Centre Director. Hello, my name is Sadiksha Shrestha, and I’m thrilled to step into the role of Acting Centre Director at Milestones Early Learning Forest Lake. With over five years of experience in early childhood education across multiple roles, I’ve gained valuable knowledge and expertise that allow me to support my team in delivering the highest quality of care and education.
I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and am passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with families and our community. In this role, I look forward to embracing new challenges, enhancing my skills, and continuously reflecting on and improving our practices. I am a firm advocate for every child, committed to fostering an environment of growth, learning, and continuous improvement.

Nurturing Growth from 0–5 Years
At Milestones, we offer more than just child care — we provide high-quality early education in a safe, nurturing environment for children aged six weeks to five years. Our experienced educators deliver age-specific programs designed to support each stage of development, helping children grow in confidence, curiosity, and capability every step of the way.
Babies (0-1 years)
Healthy Beginnings Program
Grounded in attachment theory and the relationship practices, this program focuses on building secure, responsive relationships between babies and their educators. With nurturing care and emotional attunement, we support babies’ overall wellbeing and development.
Toddlers (1-3 years)
Early Experiences Program
Inspired by the Abecedarian Approach, our toddler program emphasises language-rich interactions, such as conversational reading and learning games. These early experiences build the foundations for strong communication, social skills, and cognitive growth.
Preschool or Kindergarten (3-5 years)
School Readiness Program
Through Project-Based Learning, children are encouraged to explore big ideas, solve problems, and collaborate with others. This hands-on, inquiry-driven approach develops critical thinking, independence, and a love of learning that lasts.
