Hello, my name is Sadiksha Shrestha, and I’m thrilled to step into the role of Acting Centre Director at Milestones Early Learning Forest Lake. With over five years of experience in early childhood education across multiple roles, I’ve gained valuable knowledge and expertise that allow me to support my team in delivering the highest quality of care and education.
I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and am passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with families and our community. In this role, I look forward to embracing new challenges, enhancing my skills, and continuously reflecting on and improving our practices. I am a firm advocate for every child, committed to fostering an environment of growth, learning, and continuous improvement.
