My name is Katrina Bira, and I’m proud to be the Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning Lynwood. With an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education and 19 years of experience, I am passionate about supporting children as they learn, grow, and develop into confident, capable learners.
What I love most about working in early childhood education is the opportunity to nurture each child’s unique interests and strengths. Every day brings new opportunities to support children’s learning and development, helping them build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
At Milestones Lynwood, we are fortunate to have a team of long-serving, highly qualified educators who are dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment for every child and family. Our children enjoy caring for our veggie gardens, learning about sustainability and where food comes from, while our freshly prepared meals are cooked onsite each day to support healthy growth and development.
We are also proud of our strong connections within the local community, helping children develop a sense of belonging and providing meaningful opportunities to engage with the world around them.
