At Milestones Rochedale, our team is the heart of our centre. Led by our dedicated Centre Manager, Crystal, who brings over 12 years of experience and holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, we’re proud to have a passionate group of qualified educators who are deeply committed to shaping young minds during their most formative years.

Crystal’s leadership is grounded in her belief in the profound impact early education has on a child’s future. She works closely with families to ensure a smooth and supportive enrolment experience, while guiding the day-to-day operations of the centre with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and care.

Our educators deliver the exclusive Lifelong Learning Curriculum, Australia’s most advanced approach to early learning, and take the time to get to know each child as an individual, supporting their unique strengths, interests, and developmental needs. We also host a Prep School Readiness Information Night attended by local schools including Brisbane Adventist College, Calvary, Springwood Central, and Springwood Road State Schools, and collaborate with school support teams to ensure smooth transitions for children with additional needs.

From our engaging incursions like Total Football Tactics and visits from the fire brigade and dentist, to our ever-growing vegetable gardens and nature-based learning spaces, our team is passionate about creating a rich, joyful learning environment. We’re here to celebrate milestones with families and build a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning.
