Meet Our Team
Hello, my name is Linda Anderson, and I am proud to be the Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning Pacific Paradise.
With 23 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector, I bring a deep understanding of early learning and a genuine passion for supporting every child’s development. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a variety of roles, which has given me valuable insight into how to lead a team with empathy, professionalism, and a strong focus on quality outcomes.
What I love most about my role is seeing the excitement and joy on children’s faces as they explore new toys, resources, and learning opportunities. Watching children grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence is what inspires me every day. I’m also deeply committed to building strong relationships with families and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone feels part of the centre community.
At Milestones Pacific Paradise, we have an amazing team of passionate educators who are dedicated to delivering high-quality care and education. Together, we strive to create a safe, nurturing space where children can learn, thrive, and achieve their own milestones.
