Hello, my name is Elly, and I am proud to be leading the team at Milestones Early Learning Peregian Springs as Centre Director.
My passion for childcare stems from the incredible privilege of being part of children’s lives during their crucial first five years. Watching children grow, develop, and flourish under our care is truly rewarding. I understand how much trust parents place in us when they entrust their little ones to our centre, and I am committed to honouring that trust every day.
At Milestones Peregian Springs, we are fortunate to have a mixed team of mothers, grandmothers, aunties, sisters, and daughters, creating a unique and nurturing environment. We pride ourselves on providing quality care, love, and a “mother’s touch” when children need it most. As a mother myself, with my child attending our service, I know firsthand the love and care every child receives, just as if they were our own.
With my experience is leading and mentoring, I am passionate to coach the team I work alongside every day to enhance their knowledge and quality practices to have the same enthusiasm, passion and experience to which I have to offer them. With professional development and learning opportunities, together we have a team of forever flourishing educators, ready to dedicate their careers to the little people we care for each day.
