Meet Our Team
My name is Millisent (Milli) Clark, and I’m proud to be the Centre Manager and Nominated Supervisor here at Milestones Peregian Springs. With a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and six wonderful years in the sector, my journey began in the inclusion space. This early experience shaped my belief that every child deserves access to a safe, supportive, and truly inclusive learning environment, and that belief continues to guide everything I do.
What I love most about early childhood education is building warm, respectful partnerships with children and families. I’m passionate about working together with families to support each child’s learning, wellbeing, and development. When children feel valued, celebrated, and understood, they flourish, and creating that sense of belonging is at the heart of my leadership.
One of the things that makes Milestones Peregian Springs truly special is our incredible team. I feel so fortunate to be surrounded by dedicated educators, many of whom have been part of this community for more than 10 years. Their long‑standing commitment, genuine warmth, and deep relationships with families mean that when your child joins us, they’re not just entering a childcare centre, they’re becoming part of a second home.
