Meet Our Sunshine Beach Early Learning Team
My name is Gemini Williams, and I’m proud to be the Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning Sunshine Beach. With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and 20 years of experience in the sector, I am passionate about creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn each day.
What I love most about working in early childhood education is building meaningful relationships with children and families while supporting children through some of the most important years of their development. I find great joy in creating engaging learning experiences and fostering a positive environment where every child can grow in confidence, develop new skills, and feel a strong sense of belonging.
One of the things that makes Milestones Sunshine Beach so special is our wonderful team of educators. We are proud to have a culturally diverse team, including bilingual educators who help create an inclusive and welcoming environment for children and families from a variety of backgrounds. Many of our educators have been part of our centre community for a number of years, providing children and families with the comfort of familiar faces and strong, lasting relationships.
Our beautiful location is another highlight of the centre. Situated within walking distance of the beach, children have the opportunity to learn about and connect with the natural environment that makes Sunshine Beach such a special place to grow and explore.
