Meet Nicolle Barnett, Centre Manager at Milestones Bairnsdale - Dawson Street Campus.
With an incredible 34 years of experience in early childhood education and a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood), Nicolle brings a wealth of knowledge, heart, and leadership to Milestones Bairnsdale Dawson Street Campus. Her passion lies in watching children grow and thrive in a nurturing, educational environment. Nicolle also finds great joy in mentoring educators, helping them reach their full potential and grow into confident, capable professionals. For her, there’s nothing better than a job where you can dance, sing, cook, play indoors and out, and call it work!
Milestones Bairnsdale is more than just a childcare centre, it’s a true community. Nicolle leads a team of both long-standing and newly welcomed educators who work together to create a warm, inclusive space for families. The centre features four dedicated rooms for children under three, allowing for smaller group sizes and more tailored care that meets each child’s developmental needs. This thoughtful approach ensures children feel secure, supported, and ready to explore the world around them.
