At Milestones Early Learning Ballan, we believe every big milestone starts with a small step. Conveniently located on Simpson Street, our centre offers nurturing early education and care for children aged 0–5 years, with flexible opening hours from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm to suit busy family routines.
Our experienced, caring educators create a safe and inspiring environment where every child feels supported to explore, discover, and grow. With bright indoor learning spaces, engaging outdoor play areas, and developmentally appropriate equipment, each day is filled with fun, friendships, and opportunities to build confidence.
We proudly deliver the Lifelong Learning Curriculum – Australia’s most advanced early education program – helping children develop strong foundations in literacy, STEM, wellbeing, and social skills. Our government-approved kindergarten program also prepares children for a smooth, confident transition to primary school.
Fresh, healthy meals are prepared onsite daily to nourish growing minds and bodies, while our strong connections with local schools and community groups help children feel connected to the wider Ballan community. Meet Our Team
Hi, I’m Kim, the Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning Ballan. I’ve been working in early childhood education for over 18 years and hold a Diploma in Early Childhood. I’m passionate about creating a happy, nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment where children, families, and educators can truly thrive.
I believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow, learn, and be celebrated for who they are. One of the greatest joys of my role is watching children experience things for the first time, those proud little smiles when they master something new remind me why I love what I do.
It’s an honour to support each child’s learning journey, from their very first day right through to school readiness. I look forward to welcoming your family to our centre and supporting your child as they reach their own unique milestones.
