Hello! I’m Nola McKinnon, the Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning Bundoora. With over a decade of experience in Early Childhood Education and Care and three and a half years as a Centre Manager, I’m dedicated to fostering a nurturing, inspiring, and inclusive environment where children, families, and educators thrive.
At Milestones, I’m passionate about supporting and mentoring our team to deliver high-quality education and care tailored to each child’s unique needs. I joined Affinity Education Group because of the values of collaboration, cooperation, and open communication—principles that help us build a strong sense of community.
I believe in creating a love of learning and a sense of wonder in every child, supporting their individual development and helping them build resilience for the future. By empowering our team to bring their best strengths to the table, we ensure each child feels safe, inspired, and valued in our care.

Nurturing Growth from 0–5 Years
At Milestones, we offer more than just child care — we provide high-quality early education in a safe, nurturing environment for children aged six weeks to five years. Babies (0-1 years)
