Hello! I’m Debra, the Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning Cranbourne North.
With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, I hold both a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services and have worked across all age groups and leadership roles throughout my career.
I feel incredibly privileged to support children and families during these important early years. Watching children grow in confidence and celebrating their milestones alongside families is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
At our centre, we’ve created a small, home-like environment with a team of long-standing, highly qualified educators who are passionate about building strong, supportive relationships with every family. We take pride in delivering the Lifelong Learning Curriculum in a way that inspires curiosity, confidence, and a genuine love of learning.
Being located directly across from Courtenay Gardens Primary School also allows us to support children as they transition to school, helping them feel familiar and confident in their next stage.
