Meet Our Team
At Milestones Early Learning Greensborough, our Centre Manager Tegan brings 19 years of experience and a deep passion for early childhood education. With a Diploma of Children’s Services and a lifelong commitment to helping children grow, Tegan creates an environment where every child feels safe, supported, and excited to learn.
Tegan loves being part of the moments where learning “clicks”, when children challenge themselves, try something new, and proudly discover what they’re capable of. Guiding their growth, watching their confidence shine, and helping them explore the world around them is what makes her role so meaningful.
Our centre also offers a range of unique, enriching programs that Tegan is incredibly proud of. Children benefit from an Auslan‑speaking educator and our dedicated Auslan Academy, where sign language is part of everyday learning. Kinder-aged children enjoy weekly Mandarin lessons, and our centre embraces the Be Brave, Be Safe child‑empowerment program to support children’s safety and wellbeing.
