We also offer a government-approved kindergarten program to prepare children for a smooth and confident transition to primary school. Fresh, healthy meals are prepared onsite daily to nourish growing bodies and minds.

Meet Our Early Learning Team in Officer
My name is Clementina Perera, and I’m proud to be the Centre Manager at Milestones Officer. With a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and 18 years of experience, I am deeply passionate about supporting young children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.
One of the greatest joys of working in early childhood education is watching children grow in confidence - seeing them try new things, achieve milestones, and proudly show what they can do. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of those everyday moments where learning comes to life and children feel safe, supported, and celebrated.
I am also passionate about leadership within our sector. I love guiding and mentoring educators, encouraging teamwork, and building a warm, positive, high‑quality learning environment where both children and staff can thrive. When educators feel supported and valued, children feel it too, and that’s at the heart of our approach here at Milestones Officer.
Something truly special about our centre is the incredible depth of experience within our teaching team. Our dedicated educators are highly trained in our Lifelong Learning Curriculum and together bring over 100 years of experience to our centre. Their knowledge, passion, and commitment create a nurturing environment where every child is treated with care, respect, and genuine enthusiasm for their learning journey.
