Hi, my name is Thelanka Ekanayaka, and I am the Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning Point Cook.
I have over 12 years of experience in early childhood education and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education, along with postgraduate studies in International Relations. I am deeply passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, and I value the opportunity to be part of their early years.
Creating a warm, welcoming environment for children and families is incredibly important to me. As a parent myself, I understand the level of trust families place in us, and I am committed to ensuring every child feels safe, supported and valued.
Our centre reflects the diversity of the Point Cook community, and I love building connections with families from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. Together with our team of passionate, long-standing educators, we create an inclusive environment where every child has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.
