Meet Our Team
My name is Sally‑Anne Bell, and I’m currently the Acting Centre Manager at Milestones Dalyellup. With a Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching and over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, I am deeply passionate about creating meaningful, positive experiences for children and families.
What I love most about working in early childhood is witnessing the incredible way children grow, learn, and make sense of their world through play. Being able to build genuine relationships with each child is a privilege I never take for granted. The moments when children remember you, seek you out, or carry that connection with them as they move to new rooms are truly special - feelings that words can hardly capture. Being part of their journey, even in small but important ways, is what makes this work so deeply rewarding.
One of the things I’m proudest of at our centre is the beautiful cultural diversity within our team. Our educators come from many different backgrounds and love sharing their home languages and traditions with the children. This enriches our learning environment, helps children develop a sense of belonging, and builds appreciation for the many cultures within our community.
