Meet Our Team
Hello, I’m Nicole Rowett, the Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning Edgewater. With 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and qualifications in both Children’s Services and Business Management and Leadership, I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children to thrive.
Our centre is uniquely set among natural surroundings, including a stunning rock quarry wall that spans three of our outdoor yards. This natural feature inspires a sense of wonder, calmness, and well-being for the children in our care. Alongside this beautiful setting, we have an exceptional team of dedicated and diverse educators who bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to guiding children in reaching their full potential.
For me, Early Childhood Education is about fostering strong, supportive relationships with children and their families. Providing a safe and secure environment is the foundation for building trust and understanding, allowing us to support each child’s unique needs. Watching children grow and being part of their learning journey is one of the greatest joys of this role.

Nurturing Growth from 0–5 Years

Babies (0-1 years)
