Hello, I’m Nicole Rowett, the Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning Edgewater.
With 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and qualifications in Children’s Services, Business Management, and Leadership, I’m passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where children can truly thrive.
One of the things that makes our centre so special is our unique natural setting. Our outdoor learning environments are surrounded by a stunning rock quarry wall that spans three of our yards—creating a calm, inspiring space where children can explore, connect with nature, and feel a sense of wonder each day.
Alongside this beautiful environment, we have an exceptional team of dedicated and diverse educators who bring warmth, experience, and enthusiasm to everything they do. We’re committed to building strong, supportive relationships with children and families, ensuring every child feels secure, valued, and confident to learn.
For me, being part of a child’s early learning journey is incredibly rewarding. Watching them grow, develop, and reach important milestones is what makes this role so special.
