Meet Leanne Gosper, the Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning Lynwood. With over 25 years in early childhood education and a Diploma of Children’s Services, Leanne has dedicated her career to helping children grow and thrive. At Milestones Lynwood, Leanne and her team celebrate diversity with educators who speak over 20 languages, creating a warm, multicultural environment where every child feels at home.
Leanne believes that Milestones Lynwood isn’t just a centre - it’s a community. “We’re a small, close-knit team, and we truly cherish our relationships with families,” she shares. With an open-door policy, parents and extended family are always welcome to join in activities, making them an integral part of their child’s day. For Leanne, watching each child’s unique journey and helping families feel confident that their child is in good hands is what makes her role so fulfilling. At Milestones Lynwood, every child is supported to grow, learn, and discover their world in a nurturing, home-like setting.

Nurturing Growth from 0–5 Years

Babies (0-1 years)
