Meet Our Lynwood Early Learning Team
Leanne Gosper is the Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning Lynwood and brings an incredible 28 years of experience in early childhood education and care. Holding a Diploma in Children's Services, Leanne is passionate about creating a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and supported to thrive.
One of the most rewarding parts of Leanne's role is being part of each child's learning journey. She loves watching children discover new wonders every day, develop confidence, master new skills, and explore the world through their own unique perspectives.
At Milestones Lynwood, Leanne leads a dedicated team of long-standing educators who are committed to providing high-quality care and education. Many team members have been with the centre for between four and twelve years, helping to create the warm, stable, and familiar environment that families value.
The centre proudly reflects the rich diversity of the local community. Educators collectively speak more than 21 languages, and families from 26 different countries are represented within the service. To ensure every child feels welcomed and included, the centre also provides halal meal options and celebrates the many cultures, languages, and experiences that make the community so special.
