Meet Our Middle Swan Early Learning Team
Hi, I’m Grace Twyman, the Centre Manager here at Milestones Early Learning Middle Swan. Originally from New Zealand, I began my career in early childhood education after completing my Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education). I started in a babies room, where I discovered my passion for supporting children through their very first years of learning and development.
Perth has been home for the past four years, and I’ve proudly been part of the Milestones family for the last two, working across several of our wonderful centres and supporting our teams along the way.
I am incredibly passionate about being part of children’s everyday moments, from exciting learning experiences and messy play, to watching their confidence grow, friendships form, and personalities shine. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is seeing this same passion reflected in our amazing team of educators, who each bring their own unique warmth, creativity, and energy to our centre every day.
At Milestones Middle Swan, we truly believe our centre is a home away from home. We aim to create a welcoming environment where every child and family feels safe, valued, and genuinely known. Our educators love greeting each child each morning and building strong, trusting relationships with families. This allows us to support children through every part of their journey, celebrating milestones, as well as providing comfort and care during more challenging moments, whether that’s missing Mum or Dad, feeling unwell, or simply needing a little extra reassurance.
We are so proud to be part of each child’s learning journey and to offer a place where children can learn, grow, and thrive while feeling happy, secure, and loved.
