Meet Shelley Gosper, Centre Manager at Milestones Swan View.
With 17 years of experience in early childhood education and an impressive list of qualifications, including a Diploma in Children’s Services and certificates in Youth Work, Juvenile Justice, Community Services, and Business, Shelley brings energy, passion, and expertise to Milestones Swan View. Her journey began as a Youth Worker, but after discovering the joy of childcare, she never looked back. For Shelley, the true magic lies in the incredible connections she makes with children and families. After seven happy years with Affinity, she’s thrilled to now lead the amazing Swan View team and can’t imagine ever leaving.
Shelley describes herself as a bundle of energy, happy, loud, and always on the go! Outside of work, she loves playing inline hockey, roller skating, and collecting treasures like Harry Potter memorabilia, Lego, and Pokémon cards. Her vibrant personality shines through in everything she does, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for families.
What truly sets Milestones Swan View apart is its exceptional team. Many educators have been here for over a decade, some for 15 years or more! This kind of long-standing commitment is rare in the industry and speaks volumes about the supportive, family-like culture Shelley is proud to lead.
