Milestones Early Learning Yokine provides high-quality childcare and kindergarten for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, supporting families across Yokine, Tuart Hill, Dianella, Joondanna and Perth’s inner northern suburbs.
Located on Swan Street, our long day care centre is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, offering flexible early education and care for local families.
We understand how important it is to find a centre where your child feels safe, supported and excited to learn. At Milestones Yokine, our educators create a warm, nurturing environment where children can build confidence, form friendships and explore their interests each day.
Children enjoy a balance of play-based learning and intentional teaching across our indoor learning spaces and outdoor play areas. Alongside our daily learning program, we offer enriching experiences including language classes, cooking classes and fortnightly Hey Dee Hoo music sessions, giving children opportunities to explore creativity and develop new skills.
We also host regular community incursions, helping children build a sense of belonging and connection to the local Yokine community.
Through our Lifelong Learning Curriculum, children engage in early literacy, STEM and social-emotional learning. Our government-approved kindergarten program supports school readiness, with many families continuing on to local schools such as Yokine Primary School and Tuart Hill Primary School.
With fresh, nutritious meals prepared onsite daily, we support children’s wellbeing alongside their learning and development.

With over five years of experience in early childhood education and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Community Services, I am passionate about creating a nurturing and inspiring environment for both children and educators.
I believe every child deserves a safe, supportive space where they can explore, grow and develop confidence. At Milestones Yokine, I work closely with our dedicated team to create engaging, meaningful learning experiences that spark curiosity and support each child’s development.
