Welcome to Milestones Early Learning South Tamworth, our qualified educators and teachers are trained in the Lifelong Learning Curriculum for ages 0-5. We nurture a lifelong love of learning through a combination of play-based and intentional teaching experiences which help your child develop Social Connectivity, Emotional Confidence, Foundational Learning and Physical Health and Wellbeing.
We provide individual care and attention to children in our baby nursery, toddler program, and Kindergarten/Preschool, ensuring they receive the best possible start to their early education. We also offer flexible care options that suit the routines of busy families. Our university qualified early childhood professionals are on staff, focusing on school readiness to prepare your child for their next educational step.

Our Early Learning Centre has a range of inspiring environments for children to explore, including spacious outdoor play areas that encourage children to test their limits, build strength, and develop self-confidence. We also offer a range of incursions and excursions, including fitness and health, animals and nature, and the larger community. We provide fresh and nutritious meals to the children each day.

Nursery
Your child's lifelong learning journey starts here! Our nursery provides a warm, safe environment for your baby to learn and grow. Caring and gentle educators will develop nurturing relationships with your baby, so your child will develop trust and a sense of belonging.
Toddler
Our centre provides a stimulating and fun environment to enhance your child’s learning in their early years. Learning starts long before school, with the first five years of a child’s life being crucial to laying the foundations for their ability to learn throughout their later years.

Preparing for primary school is one of the most important times in a child’s life. Our Lifelong Learning Curriculum School Readiness program stimulates young minds, builds confidence, resilience and positive self-image, and supports children’s transition to school.

What makes you passionate about Early Childhood Education? Ten years ago, some incredibly passionate people inspired me to commence my career in Early Childhood Education. I began as a trainee and within a very short period of time I discovered my own passion for instilling a love of learning in young children. I believe that the early years can set children up for success in the academic years. Every day I am inspired by the children and the educators, as I work alongside them to provide a unique and special place for children to grow and develop life-long learning and skills. Play-based discovery and investigation alongside educators who provide an environment that is inviting, and inspires and provokes self-directed learning, is the foundation of future learning skills and integral to my personal philosophy.
During my ten years I have had the pleasure of seeing the delight in a child’s eyes when they discover new information about themselves, their world, and the people around them. How special to be a part of those revelations, to share in the joy and to learn something new about the world through a child’s perspective. This is what makes me passionate, and I am always honored to play a small part in the rich tapestry that is the human experience and existence.
