Hello, my name is Tamara James, and I’m proud to be the Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning Gulliver.
With nearly 10 years of experience in the rewarding field of early childhood education and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, I am committed to supporting children during one of the most critical stages of their development. It’s a privilege to celebrate each milestone and achievement alongside the children and their families.
I am passionate about delivering exceptional education through our Lifelong Learning Curriculum, designed to help every child reach their full potential. With a team of long-term, dedicated educators and management professionals, I am proud to lead a service that prioritizes high-quality education, safety, and care.

Nurturing Growth from 0–5 Years
At Milestones, we offer more than just child care — we provide high-quality early education in a safe, nurturing environment for children aged six weeks to five years. Our experienced educators deliver age-specific programs designed to support each stage of development, helping children grow in confidence, curiosity, and capability every step of the way.
Babies (0-1 years)
Healthy Beginnings Program
Grounded in attachment theory and the relationship practices, this program focuses on building secure, responsive relationships between babies and their educators. With nurturing care and emotional attunement, we support babies’ overall wellbeing and development.
Toddlers (1-3 years)
Early Experiences Program

Preschool or Kindergarten (3-5 years)
School Readiness Program
