Hello, my name is Melissa, and I’m proud to be the Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning The Lakes in Townsville. Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working at this wonderful service, during which I completed my Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Being part of the Early Childhood Education sector means so much to me. I take pride in creating a home away from home for children and their families - a safe, nurturing space where they feel cared for and supported. It’s an honour to play such an important role in a child’s early years, helping them grow and thrive.
